DETAILS
The Box Scratcher is your all resort, every day, every condition, freestyle fun board. It’s poppy / floaty / buttery ways open up an endless pivot table of freestyle progression. The Scratcher continues to help Jesse Burtner escape the real world into abstract freestyle shred and is Brandon Reis’ go to kicker, park, street, board. With flat-kick nose and tail, a strong sintered base, perfect flex and a rad “boxy” shape the Scratcher is in the business of fun and business is good.

SHIPPING
We only sell and ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
We aim to ship your order within 2 days of receiving it. You'll get an email once your order is on the way.
Skis & Snowboards
Customers may select pick up in store or shipping. In store pick up is free.
If shipping is selected, skis and snowboards will be shipped via USPS mail. Rates will vary based on item weight, shipping address, and shipping service selected. At checkout, customers may select between Parcel Select Ground, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.
Parcel Select Ground - 2 to 8 business days
Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days
Priority Mail Express - 1 to 2 business days

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at custserv@littlemountainltd.com.
